A Very Potter Musical - a Magic Experience!

The 2011 graduating Year 12 cohort from the Australian School of the Arts recently performed the internet phenomenon 'A Very Potter Musical' at Sheldon College.

TheYear 12's were ably supported by the year 11 ASTA students and also some ASTA teachers chimed in with some entertaining cameos in the show.

The musical, which has been hugely popular on YouTube, is an irreverent look at the J.K. Rowling franchise, and is performed with tongue firmly planted in cheek. Tickets went quickly for both performances and the large audiences had a great time. The actors were ably supported by Year 12 musicians Alex Buckham and Justin Feakes.

Well done to the entire cohort, especially Dakota Striplin for being instrumental in developing the production brief.
