Just Dance, Sheldon College‟s 2011 Annual Dance Event, was held at the Redland Performing Arts Centre on Saturday 16 July.

This year the introduction of a matinee performance as well as an evening show allowed for a larger number of performances to be displayed by students in Years 1 to 12. Just Dance included performances by Synergy, Sass, Fusion, Junior Troupers, the male Hip Hop group, Musical, Year 9, 10, 11 and 12 Classroom Dance and Australian School of the Arts Combined Performing Arts students.

This year a range of different dance genres and styles was showcased including Hip Hop, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Ballet and Belly Dancing. Teachers from across the sub-colleges joined forces to re-tell the story of The Wiz with a few twists and turns.

A DVD of the matinee and evening performances is available for only $30.00.
